The Operations Team is made up of volunteers. This management team is managed by the Station Manager who reports to the Main Board. The Operations Team will have full responsibility for the day to day running of Radio Teesdale. A diagram showing the Operations set up is shown here.

Community Liaison Coordinator - Engaging local community groups and individuals to facilitate their active participation in the station including in the development of programme content and programming philosophy.
Volunteers Coordinator – Recruiting of Volunteers and to ensure active memberships of the individuals from within the Teesdale community.
Programming Coordinator – Organising broadcast output including devising the programming framework, programme scheduling and music management. Assist members to comply with all codes, Ofcom broadcasting guidelines, regulations and legislation relevant to Radio Teesdale and community broadcast stations.
News Team Coordinator – Developing local news (including weather and sport) output and creation of a network of local news providers.
Technical Coordinator – Managing the technical equipment (including sound and computer) within studios, outside broadcasts and personal equipment. Ensure that equipment is managed and operated so that the service provided to the listeners is consistently available.
Office Administrator – Ensuring the smooth running of the Radio Teesdale office and “Front of House” facilities. Agree and authorise overall daily operational procedures of the Office and station in general with regard to access, health and safety and security. Manage duty rotas for volunteers.
Marketing Manager - Raising the profile of and awareness of Radio Teesdale. Managing the external and internal communication process.
Fundraiser - Raising funds through funding bodies and sponsors. We are also looking for lots of volunteers to take up the many and varied roles available to anyone interesting in joining us.
