TCB Ltd Memorandum of Association

Following the 2009 AGM it was recognized the current TCB Ltd Memorandum Association had various ambiguities and points that needed clarification. The Radio Teesdale Board of Management reviewed this document and identified several clauses that required amendment.

These were that:

- Modifications were needed to clauses 45 and 50 to clarify AGM election procedures.
- References, to the ‘authority’ of the Charities Commission have also been removed, as we are not a registered charity, and
- A number of typographical errors have been corrected.

These items have been amended and a revised TCB Ltd Memorandum of Association has been drafted. A proposal will be made to members to approve this revised document at the next AGM.
