Just a short note of thanks to Katey for her great interview with Awkward Cough. I listened to it today and as a biased parent loved it. Interview technique was great and thanks for making Sam and the team feel important as they try to make doing what they enjoy a career.
Woo!! That Lee Mack interview is actually one of best interviews I've heard :) - Radio Teesdale Listener
On behalf of Jules and myself I would just like to say a big thank to yourself and all at Radio Teesdale for the tickets we won to see Back for Good at the Civic Theatre in Darlington. We have just got back from what can only be described as a brilliant night, the lads and lasses put on a high energy show with many of Take That's most popular tunes. It was a very polished and flawless production, please can you give them a mention too with our thanks for a brilliant night out. Hopefully I will manage to get tuned into the show tomorrow, if not I'm sure I'll miss another good show sadly. Radio Teesdale Competition Winner
Sound quality of recordings is excellent. Thank you! May be booking your studio again soon ... please! - Studio Visitor

We were very privileged to be contacted by Michael Fryer of Radio Teesdale, who came to record the concert. It is a great memento for the students to be able to hear themselves broadcast on the radio. Laura Jackson

School teacher organising visit to Radio Teesdale for 90 pupils in one day, in February 2010
Thank you very much for all your time and attention you put into our visit today. We really appreciate it...children and staff alike. The children brought away with them experiences completely new and that's quite an achievement for all of us!

I am delighted that Radio Teesdale has been selected as the North East Station of the Year in the Radio Academy Nations & Regions Awards 2009. Pat & John Waller from Christchurch, New Zealand @ 10:25pm 2-12-09
We have just finished listening to Ronni Walker's second programme of his second series and thoroughly enjoyed it! We followed his first series too, which we also enjoyed. He gets better each time we listen, and his knowledge both musically and historically is amazing - enhancing the enjoyment of the music. We look forward to hearing him each week and are pleased to receive his programme loud and clear all the way to New Zealand!
Nick Day from Richmond @ 09:27am 02-12-09
I tune in every week to The Undercurrent, as I like Col's eclectic mix of indie, folk, rock and anything really. But in recent weeks I've carried on listening to the station and your show, and thoroughly enjoyed it too. My father was a jazz fan and introduced me to the Dorseys, Gene Krupa, Django Reinhart and many others, at a very young age. Swing & Boogie Woogie were always a favourite and still are. Thanks for always putting together a great selection of familiar and unfamiliar tunes.
Nick Copson from Teesdale School @ 09:30am 01-12-09
It was a stroke of luck we started listening to your radio station. We had an electrical fault in the kitchen and it produced static which affected signals. The only station we could receive was yours and we haven't looked back. The rest of my team appreciate the varied music and informative local information. So keep up the good work!!! I hope you receive enough funding to keep on going.

I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to Alan Bradley, not just for inviting us to promote Positive Beats, but for the fun time. His enthusiasm is infectious and that combined with some drums meant for a fabulous time. I was sad that it had to end! Also thank you to his colleagues. I've offered to come back and talk about Positive Psychology (stepping into my Clinical Psychologist role) and cannot not think of a better person that Alan to illustrate a positive attitude, so do let me know if you want me back again!

Donna Teesdale in Trinidad & Tobago @ 03.19am 08-04-09
I must say that I like the music although I never heard most of the songs, it's quite funny that a couple weeks ago I decided to google my name and learnt that there is a community named with my last name and then tuned in to Radio Teesdale. So it's quite a pleasure listening to your music, unfortunately due to the timing difference I won't be able to hear a live presenter but thanks for the info.

A great big thank-you to you and your team for such a wonderful time, we all had so much fun. The children loved listening to your station all afternoon and were so excited to hear themselves and then to have ABBA was amazing, they danced and danced, we all did. We've sent out letters to all mums to listen on Sunday and put posters up round the school. Thanks again.

Kathryn Walton in Butterknowle @ 10:24am 09-03-09

John Bladon in Shrewsbury, Shropshire @ 12:14pm 07-03-09
Just to let you know that I and a couple of friends in Shropshire have found your programme "A Little Light Music" by Michael Little on the Internet. Congratulations on such a unique and excellent programme - there is nothing else like it elsewhere, either on the Internet or terrestrial radio. Real light music has been so much neglected in recent years by all radio stations that it is an absolute delight to come across such a great discovery. Long may the programme continue!
Mark Simmons from "Jive Talkin' - The Bee Gees Story" @ 01:33pm 02-03-09

Just like to say what great music and entertainment on christmas day, it made a change from the same old television programmes and films. A good mix throughout the day including the castle players production of a christmas carol kept us entertained.

Linda Hemming @ 05:55pm 15-11-2008
I am writing to say how much I enjoyed listening to your programme on Tuesday evening, just after 9 p.m. The music, whilst not my usual choice, was lively and the presenters evidently had an in-depth knowledge of the artists featured. I thought the chat was interesting and entertaining. Hope to hear more over the coming year.

- Katie Coward @ 2:36pm 10-14-2008
Thought the show sounded really good when it was on a couple of weeks ago, and we gained over 100 additional hits to the website that day which was brilliant! I was wondering whether we'd be able to set up another opportunity to come into the studio to talk about events. Perhaps we can make it a monthly thing. Katie Coward @ Alcazar Limited
